Method
- Fill: Slice open the fresh date and remove the pit. Fill the center with the crunchy peanut butter and tuck one or two almonds inside. Put into the freezer for 3 minutes to firm up.
- Melt: While the date chills, melt a few dark chocolate chips with a tiny drop of coconut oil until smooth.
- The Coat: Take the date out of the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top. Immediately sprinkle with crushed almonds and flaky sea salt.
- The Snap: Freeze for 2 more minutes until the chocolate shell is hard and enjoy that perfect "crack" when you bite in! ;)
