Method
- Spread: Lay your tortilla flat and evenly spread the cottage cheese or Greek yogurt across the center.
- Layer the ham: Place your slices of ham and cheese neatly on top of the spread.
- Add the veggies: Pile on your handful of fresh lettuce, followed by the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Fold it tight: Fold the sides inward and roll the tortilla tightly away from you to keep all the fillings secured.
- Toast to seal: Heat a clean, dry frying pan on high heat. Place the wrap seam-side down first, then toast on all sides until golden and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Remove from the pan, let it cool for one minute so it stays crunchy, slice in half, and enjoy! ;)
Stellka's Tip: You can make a delicious green goddess dressing by just blending cottage cheese / Greek yogurt with fresh lime juice, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and black pepper ;)
