Ingredients
Method
- The Base: In a small bowl, stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and shredded coconut all together.
- Form the Bites: Roll the mixture into 12 even balls using your hands. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and while we melt the chocolate place them in the freezer.
- Melt: Gently melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil (you can use a microwave in 20-second bursts or a double boiler). The oil makes the coating extra silky and shiny.
- The Dip: Using a fork, dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top (or some other toppings).
- Freeze: Put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes. This gives the chocolate that perfect "snap" while the center stays creamy. Store them in the fridge and enjoy ;)
If the mixture feels dry, add more yogurt! Or if it feels too wet, add more coconut in. You can optimize it to your liking. Add more honey or add some topping in the mixture, ;)
You can create a whole collection of flavors from one simple base! By hiding a piece of fruit or a nut inside, every bite becomes a little surprise.
