- Make the jam: In a small pot mix together the strawberries, chia seeds, honey and a splash of water. Bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and mash.
- Assemble the bowl: While that boils, add the Greek yogurt plus the toppings into your bowl (cut up banana, raspberries, blueberries, dried raisins, nuts, granola).
- Add the jam: Add in the strawberry chia seed jam and enjoy ;) (you can serve the jam warm, hot or completely cooled).
Stellka’s Tip: If you’re in a rush, just pop the strawberries, honey, chia seeds and water in the microwave for about 1–2 minutes until soft. Mash them up, and let it sit for a moment to thicken—perfect for busy mornings!
