Strawberry Chia Yogurt Bowl

This is my go-to when I want a breakfast that actually keeps me full. It’s just high-protein Greek yogurt topped with a quick homemade strawberry chia jam and some nuts and granola for crunch. It’s simple, balanced, and the best way to start the day :)
Prep Time 7 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 7 minutes
Servings: 1 bowl

Ingredients

Toppings
  • greek yogurt
  • granola
  • nuts
  • dried raisins
  • 1/2 banana
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
  • 5 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (or any sweetener)
  • a little splash of water (~1 tsp)

Method

  1. Make the jam: In a small pot mix together the strawberries, chia seeds, honey and a splash of water. Bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and mash.
  2. Stellka’s Tip: If you’re in a rush, just pop the strawberries, honey, chia seeds and water in the microwave for about 1–2 minutes until soft. Mash them up, and let it sit for a moment to thicken—perfect for busy mornings!
  3. Assemble the bowl: While that boils, add the Greek yogurt plus the toppings into your bowl (cut up banana, raspberries, blueberries, dried raisins, nuts, granola).
  4. Add the jam: Add in the strawberry chia seed jam and enjoy ;) (you can serve the jam warm, hot or completely cooled).
