The Perfect Base
This Strawberry Chia Yogurt Bowl is my go-to when I want something fast that actually keeps me full. I start with a thick Greek yogurt for the protein. Then, I layer on granola and nuts for that necessary crunch. It’s a simple combination, but it is the best way to get energized. You will feel fueled for the day without ever feeling weighed down. It is a reliable meal that works every time.

Homemade Strawberry Jam
The star of this bowl is definitely my homemade strawberry chia seed jam. I just heat up some strawberries with honey, a splash of water and the chia seeds all together until the fruit is soft enough to mash. If you like the natural sweetness from the honey here, you’ll love my Caramel Date Bites. Cooking the seeds with the berries helps the jam thicken up even faster, and it tastes way better than anything you’d buy at a store.
Prep Ahead Hack
One of the best things about this recipe is that you can make a big batch of the strawberry chia jam on Sunday and keep it in the fridge for the whole week. It stays fresh for about 4–6 days, so you can just scoop it onto your yogurt every morning without any extra prep. It makes your morning routine even faster and ensures you always have a high-protein breakfast ready to go.

The Benefits
This bowl is a total powerhouse for your digestion and daily energy. The chia seeds in the jam are packed with fiber, which helps keep things moving. This also ensures you stay full for much longer.
Mixing those healthy fats from the nuts with the jam’s fiber is the best strategy. It is the easiest way to avoid a mid-morning energy crash. These fats are great for your brain and your skin health. They provide a steady source of fuel for your body. This keeps you feeling focused and satisfied until your next meal ;).
